I can't find my list of mpu5 codes for some reason, but PSXCITY knows his stuff.
Look forward to your order, I will knock a bit off the postage for you if you do.

The various alarms, which can occur on the MPU5 system, are grouped into twelve classes (numbered 1 to C). When a fault occurs, the first digit of the Barcrest alarm number shows the class of alarm.
Alarms of classes 1 to 4 indicate system failures, which cannot generally be rectified by the user. In the unlikely event of such a system failure, make a note of the alarm code(s) displayed and any other circumstances which may have lead to the failure and contact your Barcrest agent.

Class 1 Alarms
Known as processor exceptions, these are errors detected by the CPU. They can be caused by hardware faults in components on the CPU bus, e.g. CPU, RAM, PROMs, DUART etc.
Message Barcrest No Status LED flashes
(Red – Green)
CPU BUS ERROR 11 1 – 1
ADDRESS ERROR 12 1 – 2
ILLEGAL INSTRUCT 13 1 – 3

10.3.2 Class 2 Alarms
These are caused by hardware faults on the MPU5 board. Most alarms of this class are generated during power up self-test.
Message Barcrest No Status LED flashes
( Red – Green)
RAM TEST FAILED 21 2 – 1
68340 PIT FAILED 22 2 – 2
68340 TIMER FAIL 22 2 – 2
68340 DMAC FAIL 22 2 – 2
68340 SER FAIL 22 2 – 2
68681 DUART FAIL 23 2 – 3
68681 TIMER FAIL 23 2 – 3
ASIC TEST FAILED 24 2 – 4
89321 DSP FAILED 25 2 – 5
DRIVE TR FAILED 26 2 – 6
ENABLE TR FAILED 27 2 – 7
NO 24V DRIVE 28 2 – 8
24V DRIVE FAULT 29 2 – 9
METER SENSE FAILED 2A 2 – A
LCD MET FAIL 2A 2 – A
LCD MET CHANGED 2A 2 – A
RTC FAILED 2B 2 – B
BATTERY FLAT 2C 2 – C

list of the most common ones for ya
