Hi there peeps, i know its usually me helping the ameatures, but now i need help if anybody knows. i have a club casino machine which has error code 9.3. Does anybody know what this is because im all out of ideas lol

Quite sure error 9 codes were usually categorized under miscellaneous,covering from fraud attempts to software failure.
Not many manuals list these codes and contacting manufacture sometimes the only option for an accurate alarm description.

Hey, sorry bout the delay buddy, its a JPM machine, cant remember the name of it now but most jpms use the same programming. I really do need to get a jpm manual lol keep forgetting to get one

ERROR & EVENT CODES

CODE FAULT CAUSES (IN ORDER OF PROBABILITY)
1.1 £1 COIN INPUT }
1.2 50P COIN INPUT }
1.3 20P COIN INPUT }
1.4 10P COIN INPUT } Coin jam, Coin mech, Mother board.
1.5 20P TOK. INPUT }
1.6 5P COIN INPUT }
1.8 COIN MECH. ERROR More than one line high, Coin mech
1.9 STRIM ALARM Coin mech strim detected, Mother board.

2.1 / 2.8 REEL 1 - REEL 8 Opto tab missing/faulty, Mother board.
2.9 REEL DISCONNECTED Reel disconnected,Loom O/C, Mother board.

4.1* REFILL Refill keyswitch made.
4.2* RESET On board reset switch operated.
4.3* BUTTON Button stuck on power up.
4.4 DIRECT INPUT % Key missing, Mother board.
4.5 B/DOOR OPEN Back door open
4.7 C/DOOR OPEN Cash door open

* = Event code only. N.B. In the case of *4.3 the machine will on power up show the code and illuminate the stuck button for a short period of time before continuing to run in the normal manner.

5.1 RAM RESET Program or Processor Board
5.3 FRAUD (OFF/ON Alarm) Machine turned off/on during play (with full play credit).
5.5 MODE OF PLAY Mode of play key, Mother board.
5.7 COIN VERIFICATION Verification Opto (Hopper or Payslide)
5.9 COIN DETECT ERROR Hopper drive PCB, Motherboard.

6.1 METER 1 Cash in meter, Mother board.
6.2 METER 2 Cash out meter, Mother board.
6.3 METER 3 Token in meter, Mother board.
6.4 METER 4 Token out meter, Mother board.
6.5 METER 5 Refill meter, Mother board.

7.1 E.D.C TIMEOUT E.D.C. not fitted E.D.C. faulty, Mother board.
7.2 - 7.9 E.D.C Errors E.D.C. faulty, Mother board.

In the case of a protocol failure the code 7.1 will always be shown at the time of failure.

8.1 CHECKSUM FAIL Machine program changed.
8.2 RAM FAIL Processor board.
8.3 % CHANGE Change of aiming %. (new processor/program fitted)
8.4 MODE Mode of play changed.
8.5 RAM CORRUPTION Processsor board.
8.6 SOFTWARE RESET Program has performed a security reset.

9.0 / 9.1 SOFTWARE Processor board, program.
9.2 / 9.3 SOFTWARE/MPU Processor board, program.
9.4 SOFTWARE Program
9.6 WATCHDOG FAILURE Processor board

Any other code with a prefix of 9 indicates a fault on the mother or processr board, or software.
To assist in fault location the test routine must be entered to confirm if components (ie, lamps, level sensors, DIL switches etc) are electrically sound.

I have spare CPU boards if you need one. I'm just trying to source some new self-destruct batteries for them ;-)
