My machine keeps saying check it out... please help

Hi all. I have a golden dragon £25 jackpot machine with an MPU 5.
when I turn on the machine it just shouts check it out.. On the mpu all lights are on and the final green flashes 12 times then flashes twice red.
Can someone please shed any light on this? this is my first machine and have no handbook.

need the code number its displaying on the screen. are you sure all doors are secure on it too

2 red then 12 green flashes means a flat/faulty battery...
