barcrest hopper dump

Im trying to dump the hopper on my happy campers,but i press the button and nothing happens.What is the procedure please.I emptied it by taking it out so machine thinks its full and is directing coins into coin box.Also the red surround is cracked and wont shut now,where would i get a red surround,thankyou

u need to open the doors, turn refil key then hit the dump button..

ive got bottom door openand top door,tried it with refill key on and off but wont dump

Keep the test button pressed down until it goes into test

some of them are slightly diffrnet from others
1: make sure the door switch is activated
2: if you get message to read meters?, then press the cancel button to go into door open mode
3: turn the key and press the dump button
if it doesnt do anything then try holding the button in for 3 seconds
if that still doesnt work then go through thye refil menu until it displays hopeer level or hopper float, press start to enter the menu and press the dump button.

there are a few variations of dumping depending on age of machine

i think its 2006 barcrest (extreme) gaming running on mpu5 tech.May have to scrap it as i cant find a new red front frame.The one fitted has cracked and shattered on the tophinge due to force from the gas strut.The door wont close and no good as is,shame really as the rest of machine is like new

ive tried everything you have suggested but hopper wont run and empty.Having said that the machine works perfect so dont reallyknow why.

Once you've turned hopper key, is the hopper menu appearing in the lcd? if not refill switch could be faulty, if it did then the hopper switch could be faulty, finally sometimes the door switch needs to be active so keep the key in the barrel unlocked..
