Simpsons Beer Guide probs

I have beer guide

Probs:

Crackling from speaker
Some lights staying on
Machine reseting unless I keep test and hooper button down


Checked PSU all lights on and bright
Checked earth straps


Also what type of note acceptor do I need for this machine & anyone selling one.......
