hi

i picked up a money spider £35 jackpot with a scorpion 5 mpu , it accepts money but it wont pay it out , i am new to owning machines and am guessing that its set for permanant free play as it gives free credit when start is pressed

i have tried the reset button and it didnt work , so i am looking for any other ideas i could try to see if it will go back to a payout machine

Is the bottom cash door firmly closed, usually taking the bottom door off gives free credits.

it is closed and locked , i have tried all the basics to try and get it off free play but as this is my first machine i am a real novice

The Cherry switch on one of the doors may have been moved, removed, or the wiring altered. It's the next thing to check.
