Bell Fruit Random Spinner - Hopper Dump

Hi could someone please tell me how to carry this out. Lost manual but have keys, thanks in advance.

If its like any other fruit, open your bottom cash door, then once the machine has initialised insert and turn your refill key, now by the cash boxes there should be a button saying "hopper dump" or "defloat" press this, on the screen it should say hopper defloat? now press start or collect. this should empty the hopper! hope that helps!

No luck. With door open pressing the dump button the machine just resets ?

I think you might be pressing the door switch. The dump switch is behind the small cash door where the cash boxes are.

You may need to hold it for a couple of seconds and on some machines the top door also needs to be open.
