wont boot up no alarm code HELP!!!!

Hi all im new to the site and have aquired a club machine called who wants to be a millionhare, problem is i turn it on and it wont boot up reel 3 flickers slightly and if you press the buttons reels 1 2 and 4 also flick but there is no alarm code as there is no dislay, its an epoch mpu with 6 green leds they all light up except the security one also checked for battery leakageand there is none, ive checked the psu fuses and as far as i can see there are two which are fine are there any others on it??? would apprciate any help as its doin my head in thanks

ITS NOT THE SECURITY LED THAT DOESNT LIGHT ITS THE VDISP LED 5TH ONE FROM BOTTOM

also just found that once hopper is plugged in and power is on it is on constant tryin to spit the coins out while empty

Did you ever solve your problem? ive got exactly the same problem with my machine,if you've solved it please could you take the time to let me no its very frustrating. :0)
