maygay cashflow plzzzzzzzzzz help !!!!!

hi all i just bought my first fruit machine cashflow by maygay but i have a problem every time i put a pound coin in it doesnt go to the hopper it just falls straight to the bottom and doesnt pay out as though it is on free play hopefully its not a major problem but i am a dumb blond lol thanxs......beci

sorted you guys what it was the hopper says it was full so had to empty the hopper even tho there was no money in there got there in the end! thanks anyway!!
