Payout promblem's

Machine do not payout when in game play, I have checked the hopper it works fine in test mode. on the display is showing £8.00 bank 5 credits, just try to payout then goes into hp error

also what would happen to the machine is the security PCB is fitted correctly on the board

if security board was not fitted correctly----you would get FEE---in display-------- check hopper in pay out area for obstructions mate as well

Does it count down the bank ? or does it try to pay then alarm ?

does not count down, just tries then go into alarm.

ok mate---turn refill key put 1 pound through mech shut door then wait till resets and then press collect
