My choice of drink happens to be J20 also, seems to be the healthiest option too. The raspberry flavour is nice but I prefer the blueberry myself, the limited edition pommegranet (sp?) was yummy too.

I drink beer occassionally as well.

Healthiest? Try again, if you see how much sugar is in one of those bottles, you'd cringe at what you throw down your neck drinking 4 or 5 in a day! I think the sugar content is about 10g per 100ml. So that's 27.5g in one bottle, 100g in 4! Sickening (literally! :x)

I get through quite a few though, apple and raspberry is definitely my fave. If i'm being honest though, a fair few of mine end up down sinks now as you just get sick of drinking them.

Pints for me - or the occaisional bottle - dependant on venue / time of day! I only really play on Fridays - so it's part of the day to have a beer or twenty! ;)

just thought, most of the 'players' around here dont even bother to buy a drink, straight in for the machine  this really pisses me off lol. Was spectating once (actually sitting having a drink) 2 lads come in straight on the bandit, barmaids like, come on lads you need to buy a drink. they just blank her and evenutally gives up and sits at the end of the bar?

Bloody nObs!!

No wonder some of you lot get barred from pubs if you keep buying orange juices and then emptying the fruity ... that's precisely what sets the alarm bells ringing in many landlords' heads!

I drink lagers/ales in pints or bottles. This keeps the landlords sweet and makes it far less likely that my dumping £105 tops will be frowned upon.

This rule of thumb does not apply in Wetherspoons of course ..
This machine may at times offer a choice where the player has every chance of bankruptcy

I totally agree with you nixxy, but whats to be done say if your driving around a route your buying these bottles or pints do you...

Drink and get done for drink driving?
Drink a little in every pub and waste most?
Drink none, just sneak it to loo without getting caught?
Leave it 'on top'

you cant win really... as if you have a hit once a week and leave an alcoholic drink on top of the machine with a sip out of it someone gets to know this.

Suppose you can tell the type of pub and what you need to do. If the pub is dodgy best to buy a bottle or a pint, if the pubs dead then take it outside and dispose or loo it lol.

But if its busy just hide it on an used table behind a menu.

Still love it when you go into a pub to play a cluedo and its got a full glass of warm cola on top :D

Dunno i guess it depends on location as to what to buy.

Crisps anyone?
