I very much doubt he wakes up in the morning planning to bite people! He has a problem, a mental one and his reactions the times he has done this make it very obvious. Come on, who in their right mind would do something they know they'll get banned for instantly and miss a whole world cup for? I know Uruguay weren't ahead when he did it. I just think we shouldn't forget the guy is simply a genius player with a mental disorder. Yes, he must be banned because his right to play is not greater than the right of other players to not be bitten by a fellow 'professional'. But wishing death upon him??????

He is a fantastic player, one which I still like to watch play in the premier league. I just can't see how Liverpool can defend him any longer tho. How many chances can he have?

Let's see what punishment he receives later and then we can discuss that later.

The only way he and Liverpool can come out of this looking at least half decent is to admit he has serious mental issues, voluntarily suspend him for x amount of games and put him through some kind of programme to get it fixed.

As much as I think he is a total cunt(and he is) he's still a truly works class player one of few u can mention in the same sentence as messi and Ronaldo. It's a shame his personality is not the same as the aforementioned!!!

As for Uruguay... Are they all on drugs there or something? It seems like they think biting is acceptable and there should be no punishment for it! He has done it before, been punished and not learned! Does that mean people who have been punished for crimes in the past and sent to jail shouldn't be sent to jail anymore after continuing to commit crimes and just be let off???
