i'm planning on going to the states next year, hopefully hawaii if we can get kiddy sitters ...if not disney

i was checking out an online application (esta) and had to lol quite profusely at this question:

C) Have you ever been or are you now involved in espionage or sabotage; or in terrorist activities; or genocide; or between 1933 and 1945 were you involved, in any way, in persecutions associated with Nazi Germany or its allies?*

.......should i answer 'no' and hope they don't do the necessary checks???
