Roulette conspiracy

I'm sat in a Coral right now watching a bloke playing roulette, I think he's got some sort of system, every single bet is a winner. He's got a large bet somewhere in the middle at the bottom, think its on one of the colours.
Hang on a sec..... Trying to sit closer to him without being noticed, maybe I can figure out what he's up to?
OK, better vantage point now, I couldn't see properly past the huge collar on this jacket. Now I've got a side on view, weird thing is he looks distinctly like Elvis. I can see the bets now as well, he's placing the same one time and time again, whilst talking in a hushed voice on some sort of mobile audio transmitting device, presumably supplied to him by the men in black. I've been trying to listen in on his conversation, I'm sure he has just mentioned JFK, the New World Order and the Stone Masons. I also note a large tattoo on his neck, seems to be an owl and a key? I doubt he's a Sheffield Wednesday fan, not round here. Hmmmmmmmmm.
