Also,just a suggestion,but do we really have meet in a spoons? Spend half my life in those places,not exactly where I'd choose to have a party.

Personally I'd feel a lot more comfortable if we didn't enter anywhere with a machine during the meet. This should be a chance for players to socialise and have fun,not an info exchange/arguments meet up.

Loads of good places to eat,ppl can choose on the day or suggest now.

Ok, I've been told (waiting for confirmation from the owner) we can have a VIP booth (10+ ppl) at Parkers AKA Twilight for a £500 minimum alcohol spend. We will be getting "special" treatment apparently.

Is that alright with everyone should I book it?

but as the evening looms ,,,,,,,,,, the numbers dwindle ,,,,(lightweights,lol),,,,,,,, and were lucky if theres 4-5 of us diehards left around the 10pm-2am (striper time)

so no dont book anything ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, just turn up , go with the flow ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, and if theres enough of us left after the piss up n chinky,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, you can take us somewhere then.

LOL, Yeah I heard not many ppl turn up usually mate. Forums are full of big talk but I guess most are comfier behind a keyboard than actually enjoying real life.

Gonna book the booth anyway cos I'm sure my group will polish off the spend on our own easily enough even if no one else attends. Anyone up for it on the night is welcome to come along.

Yup agreed, booking something with a commitment to spend a £500 minimum would be nice, but is destined to fail.
