I saw the first two episodes. Will's first day and the one where they go to a theme park and Simon's car door gets knocked off and he has to carry it around. It just doesn't work. Maybe it's because American school culture is very different to our own.
Can you imagine an English version of How I met your mother? Or Friends? It'd be terrible as again American city culture is quite different to our own and the various juxtapositions that make much of the humour or humor, wouldn't translate.
I'm not surprised it has been sacked off, anyone know if it did well in the USA?
