too many beers / pizzas / kebabs / other crap..
I think ive learned today that fitness is an important thing in life.
I love watching rugby, and cant help thinking that If I went at the fitness training from day one i would have been able to give it a try..
Suppose if you ever have kids.. get them doing pressups daily, get em in the gym etc.. Too late for me now!
