59 is roughly 0.2% of 29550. Or 0.19966159052453468697123519458545% if you need greater accuracy.
In case I misunderstood you, 59% of 29550 is 17434.5.

Excellent, thankyou Weyland.
I am collecting something and so far i have 0.2% of all that exist in the world. When I have 250 of them I will be very pleased

Is there some maths which can say that I have one of every xx (however many) ?

Yep. 29550 / 59 == 500.8. Or do it from the percentage, 100 / 0.2 == 500. So about 1 in every 500.

OK, It is a bit sad but...
I have been collecting £1 coins from a certain year for about 8 years. I have 67 at the moment and one is in mint condition. They are not worth much more than £1 but it makes me happy to collect them.
One is worth about £100, a couple are worth £3ish the rest are worth £1.

Are these the 1988 coins? They have to be uncirculated though, right?

Yes. 1988 £1 coins, If you see one keep hold of it. --Or send it to me.
Prerfect coins are worth a lot and will be worth a lot more in 20 years.
