I pity your situation with your druggie brother, pretty much screwed in life when your own family is robbing you.

My parents don't want a penny for board or anything. Obviously I help em out though put gas electric on and give them money when they fancey going for a meal or something. They love a local Chinese buffet. I prefer a local Indians mmm.
