Central London, Friday 16th December, you can get a Travelodge room for £79 for Covent Garden or £59 for Farringdon. Probably cheaper, if you use, say, http://www.laterooms.com , nearer the time. It is the busiest shopping weekend of the year, so will be popular.

I'm no player, but everyone who turned at at the summer meet made me welcome.

I'd say no for Friday but could make Saturday if it was finalised quick enough to get my tickets back to London from Hull on the cheap
Basically up here in Hull there's 2 essays with a Thursday 15th deadline. So earliest thing I'm going to think of is handing em in and then travelling back to London for Christmas on the Friday.
Saturday I could do though.

Sounds like a good idea :-) I'll look forward to putting faces to names! I'll get someones number(probably yours if that's ok Tray) nearer the time.

Probably won't be around for the full extent of the day but if we're in the square until 6ish it sounds good.

Shame Istenem :( I wanted to meet some quizzers! Any other quizzers going along? I aint the smartest chap but I'd like to have a game amongst people who know their Ps and Qs...and by that I mean Peruvian car batteries and Queens of Nicaragua in the alleged postal strike of 1852

probably , but i'm more interested in why Istenem considers putting a horse's head in someone's bed is more important.

I'm working, so will have to miss out on all the emptiers :D , so have a good day, chaps.

TBH, it's a big pub crawl, and search for a steakhouse.
