mostly good answers.
NAAN, AARDVARK is fine
fishhook isn't in my dictionary but a commoner word has HH in it
SKIING, RADII are good
BOOKKEEPING is right
VACUUM, CONTINUUM (and MUUMUU is the only other) does U
SAVVY, DIVVY are fine
not close on the WW yet

so HH and WW to go.
the starting letters are W and G
also possible with Y and S but these words are a bit more obscure)

(and DH is quite right about the flax plant, it is a symbol of NI, as he should well know being their most prolific goalscorer.)
nobody ever wins on those things.

very good Harry. WITHHOLD was the answer on my card but WITCHHUNT is much more elegant (YOUTHHOOD was the Y).

so just ~WW~ to go

my OED has it hyphenated but i'm sure the Times style guide prefers it as one word. anyway just WW to go and then i'll move on to triple EEEs and SSSs when i'm next at bat.

WW has a link to olympic boxing or the insect world.

Think Lugs previously described me as a vulture and there was more carrion there for the NM to swoop down for.

Anyway a question based on one that I spooned in a quiz last night:

How did Michaela Tabb make history earlier this year?
