Which song mentions several famous people, the only thing they have in common are the initials L.B.?

Bonus points up for grabs for mentioning any of the famous people.

Nope. It was an American song, so Lionel Blair doesn't feature. In fact, I've never even heard of a couple of the "famous" people, but the song is very well-known. It was written cos the lead singer once had a dream in which he lived in a world where everybody had the initials LB.

The song was heard right at the start of Independence Day.

Yes, I did rather give the game away there...

The lyrics in question were "Leonard Bernstein. Leonid Breshnev, Lenny Bruce and Lester Bangs."

No idea who the last 2 were. I suppose if I were to write a song about Dean Gaffney and Richard Blackwood, then the yanks might be rather confused too.

Anyway, over to you thehut!

Ok, Saturdays Rugby Union Test England v Australia was bittersweet for Aussie Scrum Half George Gregan - why?

I know absolutely nothing about rugby, but I'll guess that he was actually born in England?

hmm, i'm a big fan of England rugby but know very little of anyone else. so here is a stab in the dark: gregan needed to score a try to break some sort of record?
