he was the hot air balloon guy. not sure what he did with it though, first person to cross the channel in the air?

first balloon flight it was indeed,not sure on the trip involved though,but is was made in the USA.

my figures were metric but it is bigger than six inches.

if having difficulty believing a fragile item like a snowflake could actually hold together over a certain size ,so i'm saying 3 inches'ish.
