Gibraltar did it in 1929. Czechoslovakia did it in 1945, Sweden did it in 1967 (following a referendum in 1955).

Britain and Ireland are yet to do it.

Switch to driving on the right hand side of the road?

Sweden rings a bell as having done this, no idea if it fits the other 2 though.
