non and urm, some other language. All no's anyway.
They have played only 3 games in the Copa America, drawing one. They are a very well known country and are not part of america, north or south.
Whenever it gets cold I make reference to them but not due to their climate.

If we are to be pedantic, it is not Central America either. And I would ignore the clue about the weather, its not even really a clue unless by a million to one shot other people here make the same joke when it gets cold.
