looked up the answer cos I was integued and couldnt be arsed to wait- ive never even heard of them.

My guess would have been the prodigy though, which I know it isnt so I dont know why I said that.

You've never heard of the band? I would quote a classic Alan Partridge line, but it would give away the answer. The band are certainly quite famous.

I can only think of one Prodigy song that would have been banned, and even then, only for it's video (which is a tad saucy).

ive just looked it up too cos i was intrigued.

Again they only had the one - Relax.

One of the songs which was banned was "Hi, hi, hi" which the BBC thought was a drugs reference. The other song was much more controversial, especially during the 70s.

Yes, I dont think I have ever heard of the band taht sang Hi Hi Hi! and I DID think smack my bitch up was banned for lyrics as well as the video, but obviously not!
