Nope.

The track in question is, despite Mr Brown talking over it (mostly introducing the musicians) classed as an instrumental, and was released as a single in 1970. It wasn't released on an album until 1986 however, once it's fame as a hip-hop sample source was widely known.

Nope again.

The main part of the recording that is sampled is the drum break, which is known by the title of the song - In a similar fashion to the way the break from "Amen Brother" is known as the Amen break, and the break from "When the Levy Breaks" as the Levy Break.

The album it was eventually released on was "In the Jungle Groove," if you want to find a tracklisting and take a guess.
