Good old Paul Hardcastle. ;)

Anyway, as it's Easter (for another 10 minutes at least) the question is: What is the actual name for the statues on Easter Island, and for a bonus point, what are they actually made of?

First clue then: It's the same as the acronym that Malvolio says rules his life in Twelfth Night.

M...O...A... I...

Hmm.. I'll guess that the statues are affectionately called Yellow Garters.

Thank God for that, I thought I'd asked another impossible question there. ;)

They are indeed called Moai (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moai), and are made of compressed volcanic ash.

Your turn Demmerz!

Right, back with you all ;) God I'm so disorganised!

:? : We all like a drink, but how much on average does each person spend in pubs each year?

Right. Say 1/3 of the population drink regularly in the pub. Perhaps spend £25 a week there...

That means = 25 * 52 = £1300 per year.

Divided by 3 = £433.33

Anywhere close?

That's an incredible formula and I commend you for it.

Sadly your are wrong but you are not far off the correct amount - if you omit your final calculation. Try again good sir ;)

actually, that sounds a little high...

I'll go for £385.32 ... and don't give it to me unless I'm bang on.
