They have, but only since Edward Lear invented the word. It doesnt actually mean anything and isn't in the dictionary.

anyhoo, if i may take the runcible plate:

a pangram is a phrase using every letter of the 26 at least once.
the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog has 35 letters.

how many letters are in the shortest such sentence which makes sense?

ójdźże, kiń tę chmurność w głąb

but there is no satisfactory perfect pangram in English.

( i think most people would agree that cwm fjord veg balks nth pyx quiz )is nonsense

the one i had in mind was: waltz, bad nymph, for quick jigs vex

How do all three cross the river?
