Just reading about the coldest inhabited place in the world in Siberia, where apparently 40% of the population have lost fingers due to frostbite when changing car tyres.

Anyway, my question is this: which country has had the world's hottest temperature ever recorded?

You can, but they're both wrong. In fact, UAE is in the wrong continent so you're very cold.

Tunisia is close, but it's not right. But you're very warm.
