Harry Salford have a team- the erroneously named Manchester United.

Marcoss gets it with Plymouth which with about 250000 population is bigger than I would have imagined.

No idea but this has the making of a good fact. Is it anything to do with the weight at which a cellulose structure can no longer support itself?

I suspect it's something to do with funnelling water to the top of the tree, perhaps something based on the height a vacuum can lift water.

And by a nose that's close enough. The water pressure gets so low at this height (capilliary action) it becomes impossible to travel any further thus denying photosynthesis capability.
