The only Japanese composer I know about that age is Riuichi Sakamoto.

Don't know the answer, but it is hasn't been done in the premier league.
Looking at the phrasing of the question, I would guess it may have happened outside the top division.
Not really any ideas though - maybe Man city?

as guesses go, that is a pretty good one Messi. man city beat huddersfield 10-1 in 1987. division three and three players got a hattrick.
