no its a bit more complicated

1st day - partridge
2nd day - 2 turtle doves + partridge
3rd day - 3 french hens, 2 turtle doves + partridge
and so on

1, 3, 6, 10, 15, 21, 28, 36, 45, 55, 66, 78
