Reel or no Reel Empire

Just got this machine in the local called reel or no reel by empire.
went on it 4 nights in a row totalling about 65 and ending up about 40 down. has anyone else played this machine. i find it hard to work out as the feature number reel are totally random throwing in 5s and 7s alot not like the usual 3, 10 reels.also after bout 20 quid gave me the 3 keys for te reveal feature and reveals lose.
Any help or tips anyone???
