Got a few of these in arcades near me.

Pretty dross and quite unpredictable. Tho they can streak pretty big. Any roll in win (normally a pot or tenner) is the sign of the start of a run. Then either more roll in wins come or a big 'roll' on the top reel.

Genuine play is pretty pants with the rolls rarely going above a tenner. Streak can be a ton plus tho!

Yes, yes, yes.

This I imagine then is of the same school as Jack in the Box and Clockwork Orange.

This line of game originally started as 'Union' with 'fruit drop'. It was all about the 'Crazy fruits profile' with regular streaks and barren patches. Then we had the Maygay badges such as '25 Carat Gold' and 'Ozzy ozzy ozzy' amongst many others. Then it seemed Empire jumped in and we had a 'Rock 'n Roll' then 'The Full Monty' then an Impulse badges 'Monkey Business' then 'Triple Madness' with the £35 conversion. The tweak started at Rock 'n Roll and made the games less a case of bash a load of cash in and see the main reflex roll or the main reflex roll+cyclic £50 boost. There was a bigger cyclic element and a trickier main reflex.
There was also a bigger cashbox.

The latest games are longer cycle still. Now we have no streak from the main reflex. The features are usually pitiful. Jack in the box can pay as little as £2 on the £35 jackpot machine for getting three symbols in view. However I've seen Clockwork Orange streak for £150. That's a proper straight up £150 dump from a streak bank as well. i think it coudl take a while though. I played Jack in the Box when full after a lot of cash went in. I battled with £90 to get £90 back over about £350 of play. There was no defined streak, but a roll in jackpot signalled me being glad to recoup the money.

These games don't seem that popular. Perhaps this is all about compromise and games that constantly give £2-£8 'rolls' on the feature won't be so popular, although it's a big carrot.

I'd also be interested in emulating Clockwork Orange, £35 (bold) jack in the box or that Roll game you're on about. So any emu links would be greatfully received.

Played these machines quiet abit. The Jack in the Box and Clockwork Orange games are very unpredictable. Had £100 recyced in a clockwork orange when it ws very full and the feature on it can be poor sometimes.

I tend to try them every time i go ito one arcade and see if i get the feature then walk - always tend to make at least one feature that pays decent enough to consider the profit enough to walk on

Roll X is not the same game/profile as Clockwork Orange/Money Madness or is it triple madness etc??

Roll X is your straight 3 symbol machine X's -£5, Bars £10 and pots. Plus roll symbols ala red hot roll (all be it only one colour)

Clockwork orange and clones JG can be forced to streak via a playing method. Drop us a PM if your interested.
