Most Daunting?

I had two tops yesterday, both £25...

Ive had about 5/6 Tops since it came in, £25 every single time. Is this bad just bad luck? or the norm...

Tempted to just go back and chase this F...ker and get a better top, but might not go well, nearly had a nudge freebie land right after it, it seems that the £25 repeat chance is best on this, had it repeat twice on one occasion, then another repeat on the next outing.. Every 5 bats is £25 for me it seems and machine killed..

Unless these are £3/£4 starting they aren't worth a force at all. Even then they don't sreak well at all, the only time you get the £75 is if its the free streak most of the time. Otherwise its £25s and an occasional £50. Does it key?

it can do £75, from the sequence jp, the played out one, and the blagged one strangely.

If you noticed when these all first came out they always did 25 tops, over and over and over, after being out for about 6 months (probably a bit less) they started doing the cashpot streaks and forced for tops would go 50/75 as opposed to just the random ones.

I think this can be explained by simply putting that the machines need a few months of general play to build up the streak pots so that they could pay tout more on a regular basis, like the m.c was compensating before it had even paid out.

I had a MD that when it first ame in I chased like 8 times in a row nd it all went flat, then after a while I was getting a big top of it at least once a week (very busy location)

My mate swears down he has had a 100 top on a Keyable MS! I can't see how they can do that coz i have only seen 75s. With the free cash pot board.. it normally does a 75 but other that you will get 25's/ 50s. Ive seen nudge trick loads of times of JPs and then they repeat! So that might even be better than an actual top. Only got one now that keys and it is always proper stone!!

the only way i could imagine that happening is it screwing itsself and giving the sequence jp on a board that wanted to give the played for jp?
but this couldn't happen as the one pushes back the other.
I think someones telling porkies ;)

Ok, may I should have explained the pots.

There is a "repeat pot", which once full with either 25/50 causes tops to go over / jps to repeat. Obviously this can only be gained through a JP, which is when a dead mc that gets nudge tricked for a jp could actually repeat.

Theres the "random IM streak pot thingy" Where you get the massive cashpot jumps that are normally IM's. Always goes 50 or 75. Can happen at any time, presumed to be base on a cycle of credits as it can even do the full 75 on machines that key.

"General Pot" - Just how ready the machine is through normal boards, from 1-1-1 to the fabled £6 start.

Obviously that was only £25 extremes.

agree with dunhamzzzzzz here, hence why you can blag a nudge jp from a 1/1/1 start and have it repeat. well explained btw.
Fuck you Noel.

Yes, it was a couple of years ago in one of those Greene King pubs with slightly higher percentages. I can't find the link to the original thread but I'll keep hunting.

If memory serves me correctly the win was less than the stake, unfortunately.

I have never seen a £25 Extreme do it since, although as we all know the £35 Jailbirds can do the full top.

The archived threads on the Misc. Manufacturers forum cuts off at mid-April 2006, and I think posted it longer ago than that.
