The Super Bet is legal because you're staking money that you have just won on that game. It's nothing more than a different way of presenting gambling a win, like a double or nothing, or red/black.

It's like Grandslam and Club 65 Special really. Mind you for all the time you spend playing the game on Super Bet you're not actually putting any money in the machine, but there you go.
