'Knackered' Power 5

Morning all!

A chum and me were out for a few bevwars last night, and of course, along with that, a few spins. Anyway, we spied a P5 in a pub we hadn't been in before, so popped in, pinted up and got our coins at the ready.

To cut a long story short, every board was IM, and we got 8 in a row!!!!! The reason we had to stop at 11 was because it er, became low on coins shall we say! The boards took between £2 and £10 for each one, so we were both way up.

I assume this was a cock-up in this specific program? I recall having the same happen on an old JPM Tomb Raider, where every board was red!

Anyway, it made for the basis of a great evening, on which I ended just shy of £210 up (after beverages and three, yes 3 fillet burgers from KFC!)

Will be kicking the usual Friday round off in a bit. Have a goodun! ;)

Pish and shite. I once ate 10 cheeseburgers in 30 minutes.

It was the McDonald's cheeseburger challenge. (sponsered by Gary).

I succeeeded (too many, I know, it's a typo) within the alloted timespan and won the £30 bet (a lot of money back in 199 8) but was sick later on (lightweight).

Don't underestimate ten McDonalds cheeseburgers. You may feel hungry, but it gets hard going.

1) Easy Peasy - fills a small hole.
2) Nice - Staves off the hunger.
3) Good - Really stuffs up the gap. Satiety achieved perfectly.
4) Bonus - One extra for gluttony's sake.
5) Unsteady - This is danger territory. Five cheeseburgers is cleary an act of insanity, or a normal snack for someone with a BMI>35.
6) Hold up there! This is out of the satiety zone and into the bloated, packed in like sardines, dyspepsia, heartburn, nausea, pop into a late night chemist zone.
7) Yuk! The ketchup now reminds you of bleeding piles. You're convinced someone has spat and possibly shat into the burger. It tastes that bad.
8) Oh dear. Now all your blood supply has gone to your stomach. You feel pissed on fake burger juice and carbed up to record levels. Medic required.
9) The Wall. You might pass out about now, engorged in a battle of BSE, CJD and Kuru substitute. Infected prions, MRSA and chav fluids embalm your very soul and you should not attempt to get this far without friendly assistance (voluntary McEuthanasia). Only truly superb cheeseburger athletes can progress to level 10.
10) Death. By now you are probably dead. You should speak to your solicitor and your family prior to ever attempting to get this far up the chain of madness. If you do consume the final cheeseburger, expect to vomit into a mate's (Gary) toilet and leave a smell of cheese suspiciously floating in the air.

Of course Mike said he could do ten cheeseburgers in twenty minutes 'piece of piss'. He's a Rugby lad though, so ten pints of Guiness for Breakfast...blah...blah..he probably could though. But never did.

There was a '6 BIG MAC' challenge in the offing but it never got off.

Hope that helps.

I once had 8 ims (not to be confused with Pimms) on a £5 Viper Jive on a Fairground. Some pikey had filled the hopper with 5ps, so I ended up losing £5 even though it was streaking. I went home and had cheese on toast.

Heh, a good read! Funnily, I'm the skiniest fella going, lol! ;)

Four McDs cheeseburgers is often achieved - although there's really not that much to 'em.

I was playing an unchipped p5 on 50p earlier and got offered the feature super skill stop red, and with it being unchipped i was holding out for you know what, but was just wondering what this feature is??? I know that super skill stop is mega streak on lots of machines and having never played the chipped ones i know nothing about the features, so does anyone know what SSS is on this???

Its true its crap. If i remeber it goes from 1 to 50p back down till you hit the 50 then goes up to the pund etc etc going faster. Cant remeber what the features called on other machines. Best i gets about £3-£4. Poo!
