Pots Of Gold

Post by clownymo »

Our pub is getting a bit of a fruitie revamp recently, getting rid of 2 DOND (CYBTB and P5) replacing them with Cluedo and on thursday, a Pots of Gold. Now i'm not wondering if this is worth playing, the question is, is there something wrong with it? I've seen it jackpot 3 or 4 times in one day with minimal play, we're talking some guy going up and taking £35 for £5-£10 then some other person coming up and doing exactly the same after barely any money coming through it. Its really confusing, and i'm wondering if its just a machine that takes nothing to empty, or whether there is some kind of error with the program? Also if anybody knows what the little hats above the cash strikes means, and how to get them, i'd love to know, as its a mystery to me but seems to affect the amount u win on "cash strikes"

PS - 5 minutes after this machine was installed, it was jackpotted off £3 but has continued to do the same sort of thing since (seems to go if you put around £10-£15 in)

sounds like it was streaking too me, only ever had the odd board on one of these and never played for a top, lots of machines give another jp after the first one triggers a streak.

EDIT; beat me too it.... god i'm slow on the keyboard :o ops: :o ops:

What do you mean 'no it doesn't'. I believe it did, £5 + £5 + £5 winline/diagnal(£10) + £10 = £30

If you read my posts I'm an honest guy therefore why would I lie? Btw I also lost £23 on a R2R in the same pub. :|

Do you own the pub ?

If so I suggest you fuck off coming here and trying to get information and I hope you get a huge decrease in profit and lose alot of money and im sure the whole of the fruit machine circle will agree you pub owners are the biggest cunts to get along with when tryin to play a fruit

I've edited a few of the posts above to remove information that would give an advantage to others - not because that's not what this site's for, but because that sort of information should stay behind closed 'PM' doors (for now anyway!) ;)

Oh, and:
Do you own the pub ?
MattB, what do you think this tells us?

:) :) :)
"And do you ever contradict yourself, Minister?" "Well, yes and no..."

thanks for that hugely constructive comment, i'm not the pub owner, i'm merely a barman who works in it.

Well hats off to Dunhamzzzz and 105TOP for giving unwarranted abuse to someone who asked a reasonable and polite question.

My apologies on their behalf clownymo.
