hey
new to all this =] ive just managed to get an extreme for my birthday. but i think its quite an old model - Extreme Twenty Five. Does the nudge rip trick i hear so much about still apply to this machine? if so, how do you even do it? also, anyone used this machine before? any good?
much appreciated

Cool to get a machine for your birthday though! And welcome to the forum... ;)

'25' if I remember, was a clone of the Jackpot and The Beanstreak series. Give it a force and see how much the top goes for... ;)

played on of these in lincoln about 5 years ago that cost £140 for the top but it went £100 on the notes, next board went £75 again from the notes  went into IOU call manager mode and he paid me out the till. never had anywhere near this much in on note runner, these seemed too get tighter with every clone IMO. thought i was gonna have a right game getting paid being from leicester :D .

i think the £100 roll may be cycle based and did'nt affect the next top, a bit like the cashpot streak on modern extremes where there is still value in it after a £75 from heads.

Correct Eddie, the £100 top on '25' is a lovely, lovely freebie. I've given up on one of these when it's £3 reflex, £2 rise and fall and lo and behold, random punter, next board, shot....three cards...access granted, cool £100. It would have still been happy after the £75 I bet!

I've seen it twice + had it twice myself.

One of the better Extremes. Alas no nudge steals, not even for nearest win, but still quite a good game. Crank it up to 98% and enjoy.
