hi drew i have no idea which board is in it.
is there an easy way to find the board type and number please. i am really trying to find how to dump coins as tried the fill key turned and the switch inside cash door. all i get is single kerrrching sound like till drawer opening sound but no cash dump. there is also a red button inside the back door of machine just under 1.00 cash hopper that when pressed makes same kerrrching noise but no coins drop. i cannot get free plays when front door is open so thought a manual might help me

its jpm impact, after you get the kerching sound, try pressing the start butoon or one of the hold buttons

Hi I have a problem with a global rock n roll I got yesterday for home use the reels are not registering when a win comes in and other times there is no win and it puts me on the feature board is this an easy fix or ? Any help would be much appreciated

Sounds like the reels may be in the wrong position. When you get a win see how many steps away the win is on the reels could well be that reel 1 is in reel 2s position etc.
