Vivid Rock around the clock error PLEASE HELP!

Hi ive got a vivid rock around the clock fruit machine and i keep getting the error message e21 a1 can any1 help im led to believe its to do with reel 1 but this is only due to it lighting up with the alarm thanks dan

error code 2.1 is the industry standard error code for reel tab missing/not found

swop reel 1 with reel 2 or 3 and see if the code changes

im new to owning a fruit machine is it a simple swap over? thanks for your help its really appreciated
