Bearing in mind the bigger the ratio between price per play and jackpot value generally effects the gameplay.

I would prefer £1 per game with £25 jackpots with a chance of a 5 or jackpot repeat streak. Even £75 is not a lot of money these days considering you can win £500 on a S16 or a FOBT.

It should be a fair price per play/jackpot ratio. I can't see too many people playing a 50p play £35 jackpot. 50p/£50 should be the one, or leave as it is....

keep it as it is tbh.

OR give the option to have higher stakes/jp to arcades, cant see average joe wanted to chase something at 50p per paly in his local alley, a 5er gone in seconds!! which most people wont be prepared to stake!

they probably want to keep it lower than those,

i think it'll stay on 50p £25 for a bit...

otherwise they will have to modify the machines hardware..

surely the machines will have a similar streak potential, 3*jp is common at the moment... for a roll of £150 the machines hopper will have to increase to compensate for people playing with notes, and machines going empty will be more common...

maybe £35... but who knows,

we'll all still play them anyway! no matter what they do...

Damn right spyder - I'll play any shit as long as it flashes and has some buttons to press. If I'm really desparate I'll even get into jukeboxes!! I once got hammered by a juke box that seemed 'ready' from the off - only to put £30 quid in and without the chance of a meatloaf track!

Personally I would like to see credits up'ed to 50p and Jackpots reduced to £20. This would bring the same ratio as the good old 25p, £10 days. Theres no reason why machines couldn't give £200 rolls. But in between there could be smaller rolls of say £60 through to whatever. I cant think of anything better than £20 holding or repeating 10 times!!!! I'd be jizzing all over the place! Seriously - i would.

anyone else scared? lol

As for 50p / £35 I think you will find that every machine made from now on (and ones in production) will be £35 with some kind of 30p/50p multi-stake option.

I think jackpots will still repeat 3 times on machines - giving a nice £115 streak! but if hardware doesnt change then thats almost half the hopper! So maybe the £50 streak will be changed to a double 35er for £70.

As long as the ratio of plays to jackpots/wins stays the same (or improves) i dont think it will be a major change.

Just imagine a red gaming machine with mega spin option, at 50p play... in a suck mode!! holy feck! £20 without a board gone in <1 min. Scared anyone?
