Jekyll & Hyde

Seriously peed off with this.

After watching some bloke hoplessly recycle £30 through this in about an hour i hopped on for the steal. First quid in, i got to super streak (roughly £10) and £8 on the cash stack. Backing, and knowing too well what had already gone in, i sacked it off and went for it.

£45 more in for the top. I wanted the JPR as it often goes for more, but it wouldnt let me have it. Took Jekyll & Hyde......and guess what, it was only £25. Followed by absolutely sod all afterplay. Result - me being £30 odd down, instead of the £10 up i could have been from the SS from the first £1. Why do i bother with these......even a ready one costs the earth for naff all back!

Totally agree Matt
With these m/c's i just take what i can and run

I will board them and hope for a few quid profit
If i lose a couple of quid thats how it goes

I always do this on the 3 hi lo's m/c's as well
More often than not you can rip a couple of pound profit from a feature
Other than that i would not force one with someone else's money
So boring and drawn out
Once you pass £25 in you almost certainly will be down, as they very rarely go more than £25

Best result i had was on the hi lo karate where i got im after £15 in and it gave £25 says it all really

I can't remember the last time I touched a Vivid - must have been well over two years ago now. Horrendous gameplay. :(

Hope you get that £30 from something a bit more forgiving! ;)

Very hard work. Designed to suck you in from day one. Was it a flasher or a normal jackpot?
You really need to know the history quite well before you get stuck in.

this can be dangerous as it opens up that wank top board and gets you on level 2/3. £50 later you get a flat 25.. gg!

best just to try one or two boards and hope for a flash

It wasn't a flash, just a progressive force that gave £25. How i wish i'd taken the £25....

Could not believe this on friday night, took the top feature............ RED for £14!!!!!!

Absolutely sick.
Didnt cost me alot and then took a few crappy hidden features to leave with a bank of £30.

Just lost on this. Haven't played many vivids before.

What do you guys mean about a flash jp on this machine. Me and a mateforced it and managed to get mega streak which went for a flat £25. About £70 down today... not happy!!

Yeah I've only ever had megastreak go for flat 25.

I seem to be in the minority in that I actually quite like this machine! Frequent boards, fairly progressive and pretty easy to read at times. For some reason its one of my more enjoyable machines to play.
