hi, just bought an old jpm casino crazy (has test stickers from 1996 inside) anyway im having a few issues with it id like help with. firstly i cant get it to pay out. theres £4 in 20ps in there and about 6 £1 coins but when i win it wont pay out....do i need to top the hoppers up so much or what? i also dont know how to dump the hoppers.

it has no locks or keys either. and inside the door lock is hanging off and taped up so its permanently in the closed position, any reason for this? also the bottom door switch is taped too...

it plays fine takes money etc but when bank is collected it wont pay out just makes the noise....ive read on the back about a dil switch can be set to pay air or i.o.u. is this anything to do with it? like i say there are some coins in the hoppers i just dont know if theres a minimum needed?

please please help.

thanks

leave the machine plugged in with the doors closed for 5 minutes and the on/off alarm will clear.

if you look at the payout tubes you will see sensors, if they don't detect the coins then u will get the iou message.

could be anything really from the payout tray not in correctly to faulty solonoid, faulty triac board, wiring fault, 50v fault on the psu or even an mpu fault...

hi new member just bought a jpm casino crazy 100.00 jackpot machine. found out a few things like, it does not like new 10p coins. had the I.O.U. message and machine not paying out at first. this stopped when had put quite a few coins into it. now pays out but not as accurate as i would like it to be. even on low value wins of a couple of pounds can be 20 or 40p short. have all keys including the fill key. not sure really what other function it has if any can turn up and down the volume ok. i believe there might be switch somewhere to get free plays but will have to do some research on that question. back door had two locks top and bottom the top look barrel was damaged managed to drill it out without any damage will replace the lock in time. finnally there is a coin dump switch inside bottom coin drawers does not seem to do anything that i can see. i have just described the condition it is in now. any advice on any of my comments above would be welcome. thank you

been playing with my crystal casino crazy 100.00 jackpot machine today. after having problems earier with coin mech not behaving well with certain new coins 10p mainly. and a few 1 pound coins. then having payout problems, I.O.U etc. machine was throwing alarms out. tried fill key to see if could stop I.O.U. for 40p setting off alarm with no luck. i opened back door and took out 1.00 coin hopper, and 20p coin solonoid. found 1.00 coin jamming 20p stopping any 20p coins being paid out. and then found a few diff coins in the 1.00 hopper. after clearing and sorting coins. machine is now working and paying out as it should. think coin mech and coin shutes alighnment may pay a very big part in thgis machine running as they should.
