It's a Docs'n'Nurses/Most Daunting/Bling+Queen/RoundTheBend etc clone by Extreme, the only difference being the different feature board.
The lapper trail remains the same, the holds on certain numbers work the same, just the top board had changed.
It's an attempt to create some sort of retro-clone of JPM's Fireman-themed clone of Red Alert, whatever that was called.
It's nicked the same fonts, colours and feature names from the original.
The top feature works by collecting 3 helmets, opening the super board - and the shots progress you gradually up the board. Two columns on the board change colour - and when you land on them they'll either let you continue or decide whether to send you higher up or lower down the trail. The top feature is called Fireman's Lift, and is identical to getting the 5 bats/nurses/crowns etc.
The only thing that's missing is skill-stopping an 11.
All-in-all, it's just the same game in its 6th or 7th clone. Extreme must be doing really well out of these if they only need to redesign the artwork every time. As a player, it's getting a bit tedious.

This machine may at times offer a choice where the player has every chance of bankruptcy
extremes are amazing at the moment to be honest. Both for players and the pubs there are at. There are bright, friendl;y and have lots of nice graphics, who wouldn't want to play them? mugs pump them all the time. thankfully, for me to come on and nudgetrick/setup my way to victory, even if it doesnt key. Bring on more clones I say.

they are numpty machines. no skill involved on these machines. they take £50 to force for a jackpot at all times, even when showing signs... and the jackpot doesnt repeat 90% of the time.
i'd much rather play anything else. apart from the refill key thing these machines are no go for profit.
