Im quite knew to all this, well thats not strictly true ive been playing machines for years, but ive stepped up a gear recently. Anyway i was at a service station the other day and tried my luck on a 'most daunting'. Anyway i keyed it and it said the machine was full so i thought i may as well try me luck, bound to come out on top! 50 quid later i had nearly run out of money and was only being offered a maximum of six quid before being killed. I didnt take anything with that fifty quid and was playing shit. Wat was i doing wrong?

Refill day? dunno, £50 into a machine and no JP aint unusual.
Service stations sounds like a risky place to play..

I have done quite well as service stations.
£50 off a Round the Bend
£60 off one Monopoly
£95 off another Monopoly
£30 off Snail Blazer
A couple of pounds off Fat Boy Spin, Most Daunting, Bling N Queen, Stack Attack, DNA, TAW etc.

(at a guess from your location) Bridgewater services on M5? I wouldn't touch that unless you have a key and are prepared to use it

That's just the sort of talk that puts people off coming here...
Still, he may have had a few down the pub beforehand...
I don't think you can assume anything about having a key and playing the old 'routine' now with these Extremes. A lot are chipped and thus not 'manipulatable' (lol). I steer more clear of extremes than I do BFMs!!

Cool, I'm not really one to comment on these, I know a lot of people know a lot more about Extremes than me...
I just never found them enjoyable, stale I suppose you could say... It appears that there are no JP features etc like Reds and Barcrests (and yup, some BFMS!)
Each to their own, of course!

i put £165 through a bling and queen, and to cut a long story short i got about 10 jackpots none of which started the streak.
first one cost over £80 to get, then in was 40 in 25 out for about 2 hours
left it with £25 and no streak, £140 down tired legs and a headache
