hi, i bought this machine last year and at first it was working no prob's, but a few months ago whilst booting up, the machine started alarming! turns out that reel 4 (i think...its the number reel) is out of sync! my battle axe re-syncs automaticaly, so i don't know how to deal with this, i tryed moving it manualy but that didn't work! i have never worked with machines before i bought these, so am a complete novice! if you can help me, it would be much apreceated, thank you

are you getting an error message or is it just sitting off centre or on the wrong number?

have you tried cleaning the sensor on the reel ?
there is a little tab on the reel that passes through it with each spin, this is how it controls which number is in the window.
