This 'hint' should blatently be able to be used during the DOND game to make it more realistic.
Eg: If you don't touch the £70 this round, your offer will be £xx.xx
Eg: You will be offered a swap at the end.
Would make it so realistic.
Thoughts?

Oh of course. But a couple of things to consider.
Unlike the TV show, the machine already knows damn well when it's going to open which boxes. So I wouldn't be arsed about a "if you don't lose the £70" because blatantly it WILL lose the £70.
The swap is an interesting idea though, but the only way I can realistically see it could be done is a situation whereby you're down to two values - one of which will be on the reel. By accepting the swap, the reel switches to the other of the two values left. But realistically, you're only going to get offered a swap if the machine's loaded. If it's picked a £5 box, it isn't going to get down to £5 and £70 and offer you a swap is it?

Hall of fame offered a swap, didn't it? (Correct me if I'm wrong)
I see your point, but you see my point, right? Would be more realistic, as he calls about 50 times during the real show, lol

boxes are random on deal or no deals.... thats why if you get lucky and get a £70 when it wasnt quite a jackpot stage then its back to £3 boards for a oner

True, DONDs and their clones can take like fook and block at 3 quid odd for ages if hit at the wrong time but they can also do nice unexpected things too.
My mate played family guy the other day, only had about 20 quid on him but thought fuck it, have a go anyway.
He had a look at the reel and realised that there was a 70 there so he thought, this'll probably be shite but ill just try it, you never know, down to £2, ready to go skint, and it offered nudges for DOND, took the game and it only spun the 70 box back in again, no deal all the way to the end, 70.
As for swapping the boxes, i thought that all DONDs could do it if they were in the mood??

not all donds offer the swap also B4 i knew boxes i got down to 10p and MS and offered the swap so i swaped and got MS if im only a few quid in on a 35 and im down to blue box and MS il often no dead hopin for the swap and most of the time it will give it if it dont oh well if its a low blue it usually repeats to £5 or £6 so its either +10 or -10 in terms of money

I think only Hall Of Fame can offer a swap on boxes.

True, and proven on dials!

A popular school of thought states that the £35 DonD was truly random, but there is an element of protection on the £70 box, on £70 DonDs.
The true value of the DonD game is £40 plus a save for £30 to allow the £70 to be selected.
Just an opinion, not necessarily fact.
Think of this though, did you ever see 2*£35 boxes selected on consecutive games? I did, I once saw three mega streaks in S****** ToteSport when they had a dial. I also saw 2*£35s in Houv station etc etc
NEVER seen 2*£70 on a £70 HOF though! Never.

I can't see how it COULD be random. At the very least I don't think YOUR box is randomly selected. The machines are such bastards elsewhere that I can't see Bell Fruit allowing people to win at random on DOND.
Note on "two-box" Super Features, the
combined value cannot be more than £70 as that's all you can win in one credit at the moment.

I once had £35 in my box 3 times on the trot on a Power 5, saw it with my own eyes.

how can the boxes be 100% random?
when a dond is buzzin it gives higher boxes.
eg. if the power 5 in my sisters hotel is playing well i dont play the game for 4 or 5 boards then it gives 35 or ms. when its playing shiit i allways have low boxes.
and if it was random would it not know what the box is till it stops spinning?

Possibly, although I'd hazard that it would randomly 'select' the box prior to us seeing any reel movement. The reel then just spins to represent the selected number.
I guess we'll never trully know unless we hear from the programmers!

yeah 100% box's were random on £35's otherwise you wouldn't of been able to empty p5's!!
