Is MC worth punting? One has just been installed nearby and I only rolled a £10 through it the other day. Only achieved one board?! That's pretty un-GM like, I thought.

Depends on your cup o' tea mate. If you play out gold rushes and warpeds etc its exactly the same. Look for similar signs and get involved. Like marmite these, some people still hate them....others love 'em.

Ouch. Only ever had one cost nearly that (£240) but it went £35/£105/£35 with a few bits for £60 down. MS first board too! Had one cost £111 to go in yesterday from 5 strikes first board too which was a bit dry.

the thing about goldrush and clones, is that you cannot really say when they are "ready" or "due" at all, I mean alot of the time you play them, they do £5 or less boards every single board for £50ish, then the next board goes £105...

Other times, you can have mega offered first board and still get a big cost for a £35....

Slightly in the vain of new reds, these are pretty much take em on and hope, with hopper levels important (along with knowledge of last roll). There is not much more to them than this, and it's one of those, sometimes u win, sometimes u lose machines, whatever the first board shows.

You can, when they aren't there they block at £3 cash 2 strikes etc...

I speed chase these now anyway to get through the boredom. Blitz £10s through and take boards to see what they are up to, once i get shown MS/big pot/£15 shot/big 3 features i usually slow down and play boards out. Just my way of skidaddling through anyway.

erm yes, as I said, alot (and I mean a HELL of a lot) of the time, they do £3 max boards for £30+, then out of the blue... top £70/105, indeed this very situation happened the other day on monster cash, first board £4+ rep, next £50 nothing over £3 really, then top £70.

Further to this, after a top, they sometimes do a board that offers superstreak (or indeed when its stone it randomly does this), then just goes away for ages...

Complete rubbish (imo) matt this time...

Cheers gents - another chalk 'n' cheese discussion. ;) But I think that's the way with most machines nowadays - some love 'em, some hate 'em and some find them OK-ish.

I'll be confronted by the massive joys of a MC and a MSpider today (lol) and of course, will test the water - but hopefully not get over involved - if I get a good win first board which would give me 200%ish profit, I may well take it and walk (although £1 in £3 offered will probably not be the case! ;) )

PS: Took me a while to work out what was going on when you land on that 'zone' square. lol

Usually swiftly followed by death! Sometimes also good to get hold of an advance if you can and see where it takes you.

I played a Monster Cash last night, the guy on it before me got offered 15 Win Spins 1st board!!! Which he took I think it went for £12. He then milked a bit and left it with £20. So it was obviously flying when he was on it.

Cautiously I tried a board and it offered £10 rep 5 strikes and Mega Streak. Couldn't get it that board but obviously took it on from that stage. Who wouldn't?

Cost £130 to go in (from a flash)and did £105 with a bit of afters. Left it about £10 down.

After the initial offering of £10/5 strikes and Mega Streak, you would of thought that it would come inside £40 wouldn't you. It offered absolutely NOTHING after apart from 2 good boards that should have gone in and didn't in the next £100.

No surprise that its Gamestec who have ruined everything around here, but is supposedly on 80% with the plus 6% on 50p!!

Yeah that's the spontaneity of them. Once you get shown something good you have to get stuck in though. I've also had that before, took on a GR offering first board, nothing for £40, then a flash for £105. Other side, saw some bloke do £50 through one, offering red MS off lines board, cost another £90 to go in for £105 when i got on. Hit and miss really, but you just have to play them. Best found in mug pubs with no notey i find. Found a JJs gold in such a pub this week, full and red turbo first board, £37 for £105 thank you! Genuinely full, and no chance of it getting chased really. Best way. 8)

No, I forgot about that one. That chinese one is near the chipped GTK Cluedo.

Didnt find the Indi, but I had a list of 150+ pubs to get around in one day, so wasnt likely to find everything.

What company distributes the CCP? Id imagine its Kossway.
Bollocks to all you idiots!
